The displaced person.

Portrays the difficulties of integration experienced by Mr. Guizac, a Polish refugee who arrives with his family at a Georgia farm in the 1940's. Quickly, the industrious and clever refugee becomes a threat to the other farmworkers, who plot his downfall.
